No doubt this site is somewhat in outskirts of Rajkot city but it is only 3 kms from the Main Highway i.e. Kalawad Road where residence will begin in approx. 3 - 5 years because of various projects running over here...(Various Plottings Projects, Bungalows Projects and also High Rise Projects Are Running Over Here)

One Building is under construction and Nine are remaining.
We have not sold that nine buildings, we are planning to have this project for you.

About Joint Development, Co-Branding Terms & Conditions:-

It will be discussed in the meeting.
We basically ask for 15-25% Deposit in the initial stage. And rest in the proceedings of the project.
The ratio of profit will be decided in the meeting.
As our project is totally white, we wish to have full cheque payment means only in white money.
